NWBC Desktop 5.0: What is difference between users and administrator roles?

Hi experts,

I am given a task to "develope" some UI (maybe a new cockpit) in NWBC using side panel. However, I am also responsible to setup the whole NWBC system - so I need to identify all the needed configurations to make the NWBC up running properly. If there are some tasks need to be done by SAP Basis, I will ask them to do so, but I have to understand what are needed now. In such a task, do I need to have a role as an administrator or just a normal user role? By the way, where do I get the administrator's configuration file (.xml) for NWBC?

Appreciate if someone can clarify these.

There is no role you need to add to your user to be an admin.
