SAP Lumira Cloud Visualize Hanging

All

Apologies, I am very new to Lumira and am trying to create some content using our own data to show to business users.

I have signed up for the free SAP Lumira Cloud and have uploaded and created a dataset.

When I click on this dataset I get 2 "rooms", Visualize and Compose.

However, the system is by default going tinto Visualize however no matter how long I wait all I get is 3 blue dots in the middle of the screen and no content comes up.  I get no error messages.

What is going on?

A colleague of mine has done this in the past (quite some time ago) and has shared his content with me, and even when I open his dataset or Story, I just get a hanging system?!?!

Interestingly, the problem is the same for him now?

Is there maybe a problem on Lumira Cloud?????

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

Regards

Simon

Interesting; I am not experiencing that

Could you contact the SAP Lumira Support listed here in the "Got Questions" section:

Hi Tammy

I have sent an e-mail as you suggested.

Interestingly I was using IE9 originally and getting a hang. I wondered if it was something to do with our internal IE9 setup (which I don't have access to), so have tried logging on to Lumira Clued via Firefox (which is, let 's say, less restricted in its internal settings!), and I get a different response....when I go into Dataset I get an error box stating "Warning.....Content not supported" (but no further detail).  However when I click OK I do seem to be getting into Visualize room.

I will continue to try out here and see whether this works, but I am wondering if the problem is with IE9 settings internally.    So, I have just looked around and can see under FAQ the system requirement is IE10 or IE11 (interesting it mentions IE, Chrome and Safari, but not Firefox!!!!)

Hi Simon

Reason Firefox is not mentioned is that it is not supported. That is not to say it will not work with firefox, but if there are issues, well... You should have more success with IE10 + and Chrome.
