NWBC for Desktop 5.0: How to add a customised cockpit?

Hi experts,

I'd like to create a customised cockpit in NWBC which will contain some business UI flow diagram consisting of several tcodes.

Anyone know how to add a new cockpit? Should this be a task for SAP Basis team or a "NWBC developer's" task?
