Using Work Center POD without Resource

Hi Experts,

I want to produce SFCs on Work Center POD without relation to resource.

Nevertheless I changed Resource Type in Operation Maintenance to "Assembly" with own resources to have the Option to Show SFC handling in Operation POD as well.

When I try to start SFC in Work Center POD, I get an error message like "Operation is not in Queue for resource DEFAULT".

Why and where is the check for resource in Work Center POD? Did I miss a Setting or are the different Scenarios not combinable?

To start an SFC, you need an operation and a resource, even if you are not interested in the resource. The default resource (meaning, the one it uses) for the work center POD is configured in the system rules, under resource rules: Default Resource.
