Hi Solman Experts,
Our solution manager is showing grey status(SM_WORKCENTER-->Technical Monitoring-->System Monitoring-->Hosts-->Host Monitoring(Screen Shot attached)) for all Hosts and Technical Instances connected, where as DB availability is showing correct, I have gone through many SAP notes regarding this issue, but ended up no where. Can someone please share your expertise on this?
SAP : Solution Manger 7.1 SP12
OS : Windows Server 2008 R2
DB : SQL Server 2008
I have gone through below SAP notes.
1854525 - "Configuration XML <nbr> likely did not reach the agent" - Solution Manager 7.10 - I notice this issue in my system and checked as per the note , but no luck
1853160 - Grey host metrics in Technical Monitoring
1855064 - Error occured when calling the DPC Push web service

My issue is almost resolved(still I have very few metrics in grey), I followed the below note.
