Adding new systems in Wily introscope

Hi ,

Need to add newly built JAVA 7.4 stack systems with wily introscope for monitoring purpose.

please help me out with the steps and proper documents.

You need to configure your new installed system as Manage system in solution manager to get it in introscope.

Hi Daniel,

The steps are those described in the managed system configuration in the Solution Manager. Once done, your system will be connected to the CA Enterprise Manager and will be sending data to the Solution Manager as well.

For systems using Netweaver 7.4, Root Cause Analysis is available starting with Solution Manager 7.1 SP10. This information is provided with note 1478974.

The managed system configuration can be performed in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP. To make a system visible and start managing it in the Solution Manager, you have to register this system in the SLD. Our wiki contains the steps for the system setup per product, including the SLD registration.
