What is the purpose of GRFN_REPORT.XLS in UAR reviewer email

My Client wants to know the purpose of this GRFN_REPORT.XLS and how should I remove it from email notification.

Hello Shariff,

if yor are cofiguring UAR,in Email notifications there is an attachment called GRFN_REPORT.xls.

you can remove attachment report from tcode.GRFNMW_CONFIGURE
