I Can't make Site to site transfer

I configured materiel to be transfered into site .

when I launch START & COMPLETE at the last opération of routing, the SFC is well transfered

but

when i use the papi web service: SfcCompleteServiceWSService\CompleteSfcQuick: The SFC is done but

I obtain usually message: L'utilisateur "NULL" n'est pas valide. (Message 12931)

What happens if you use Start WS request and then Complete WS request instead of quick complete? Does the system trigger S2S transfer?
