Contact Person Fields in Standard CREMAS idoc

Hi Experts,

I am having a requirement to extend the standard Idoc CREMAS06 with custom segments of E1KNVKM(contact person)containing the additional fields as Email address, Fax number, telephone number

In the inbound processing for the user exit  "EXIT_SAPLKD02_001", I am getting the data in this custom segment but these particular fields are not getting populated in back end tables(ADR6, ADR3,ADR2) respectively.

I want these fields will get populated in XK02 as shown below.

Any useful pointers will be appreciated.

Hi Prateek,

address as well as communication data of the contact person has to be sent via the corresponding ADR2MAS respectively ADR3MAS IDoc types. Your planned extension of the CREMAS IDoc is not valid and thus not supported by the CREMAS IDoc inbound. If any data shall end up in the ADR* tables, the usage of the corresponding ADR*MAS IDocs is mandatory.

why not you are using CREMDM message type?? I think this will resolve your problem.

Hi Pranab,

you cannot use CREMDM for sending data to ECC. See SAP Note 2198857 for details.

Check FM 'ADDR_COMM_MAINTAIN' to maintain address-tables.
