Shopping Cart (Web Dynpro & UI5): Some standard fields missing

Hi guys,

i have following problem. In the development system, some standard fields are missing in the item tab during SC creation.

In QAS, however, they are there:

i checked following things so far:

• Badi implementations of _DOC_CHECK, _DOC_SAVE and _DOC_CHANGE BADI's
• enhancement implementations in the corresponding view methods
• SPRO configuration (field control)

but couldnt find anything. in BBP_PD, the fields are also existent and filled.

Any help would be much appeciated!!

Hi ,

Did you tired to reset the screen , Right click and reset the user settings or check if the fields are hidden .

Thanks to everyone. The issue is resolved and was

caused by an empty customizing here which messed up SAP Standard logic here:

/SAPSRM/CL_PDO_META_CONF_ROOT -> /SAPSRM/IF_PDO_META_CONF_ROOT~GET_CONFIGURATION_MDF_IT

if there is neither customizing nor personalization, try with customer configuration for your Web Dynpro Component.

I also searched for notes related to this topic, without success.

System is running on SRM 7 EHP3.
