Print All Delivery Notes associated to Shipment

Hello,

Dont know if the right section to post in (please move if required). I use SAP everyday to assign multiple deliverires to a shipment using transaction VT01N.

My question is;

• How do I print all the Delivery Notes associated to Shipment (after the shipment has been saved/created)?

it can be done from VT70, enter your shipment number and add the output types of your delivery note in the section messages for delivery and activate the box for delivery.

Aside from triggering with VT70 you may also need to maintain the condition records to trigger the outputs if they have not yet been added (use VV21 to create them).

Handy transactions when setting up various outputs:

NACE

VV21/22/23 is for delivery 

VV11/12/13 is for order

VV31/32/33 is for billing 

VV63 - HU output

VV71-2-3 shipment

Maintain output types (Transaction: V/30

V/02 for table

V/07 for access seq

edit condition table, go to t-code v/04.

NACT - edit output type basic data (like access sequence)

Print customizing is done in OMLV

However I get the following error (see attachment) when executing (F8) with a shippemt that has delivery numbers associated to it.

Do you have LD00 messages in your delivery?

if yes, what is the status, are they already printed.

If no, have you setup your message determination  and the condition records

hI Jürgen,

Yes worked it out, I needed LD00 & set the proccessing mode to 2 and executed which brought up the checkbox list of associated deliveries. Checked the boxes and printed.
