Don´t running scheet "Compose"

Hello everbody, currently I solve issue with new version 1.28.5. after reinstall I can open my files from older version, but only in scheet "Prepare" and "Visualize" but when I want go to "Compose", Lumira show me only white board. Does someone have advice for me?

Check weather you have installed any custom extension SDK?

I haven´t custom extension. It´s only easy charts with using basic kind of graph.

Try creating a new lums from scratch and check weather compose tab is visible.

Barbora, what is the datasource these files are connecting to?

Creating a new Lumira doc as Pradeep suggested will be a nice test too.

Hey, today I tried it, create new charts and compose and now all is ok. Thank you very much for advice. I will update Lumira in others PC in our company, then we will see, if it will repeat.

Barbara - is this Lumira Desktop or using Lumira on BI platform? What amount of RAM do you have?

Only possible note I found was http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2217644 but I am not sure it applies here.

I have only Lumira Desktop and I have 8GB, for free currently 5GB.
