Ancile Uperform Capture engine failure error

I am getting the error when starting the ancile uperform recording engine and i am unable to record. Screenshot attached. Please help me.

first make sure that client is machting ot server version.

if yes, re-install the client.

if not upgrade the client to the combatable version.
