Recently our TDMS was installed, however when I try to create a new scrambling rule I don't have any solution category as well as scrambling types.
Should I need to install something else or activate?

Hello Andre,
Please check whether you have copied the standard content delivered by SAP in the WorkCenter.
The standard scrambling types is delivered with standard content, so in order to use standard content you need to
copy it into current client as show in the below screenshot.
If you face any issues copying the standard SAP content, I would request you to create an OSS incident.
