New transaction type not available on creation

Hi experts,

I have created a new RFC transaction type ZMCT as a copy of ZMCR but cannot see it in the creation screen - the only 2 transaction types available are SMCR and ZMCR. Below settings done, but none helped

1. Entries in DNO_CUST04 have been maintained:

CHANGE_REQUEST_NEW	1	ZMCR
CHANGE_REQUEST_NEW_1	2	ZMCT

2. Channels of the new transaction type also maintained

Assign the transactions to auth object CRM_ORD_PR,

Make sure your entries are updated in DNO_CUST04

Entry CHANGE_REQUEST_NEW value ZMCT,

Already done the above but it hasn't worked out. Checklist

1. DNO_CUST04 - Done

• CHANGE_REQUEST_NEW value ZMCT
• PROCESS_TYPE_ADD value ZMCT

2. Role updated (objects: CRM_ORD_LP / PR) - Done

3. Transaction channels (GUI / ICW) - Done

Hello Haseeb,

This is Security related issue and you need to trace user authorizations

We had same issue and resolve by adding proper SAP roles to user account.

Hi dear,

I have tried the above but didn't help yet - just to add, I am able to see the transaction in GUI but not web UI.

I will create an OSS for it.
