Message Processor is missing

Hi Expert,

I am new in Solution manager now i am facing one issue,we are using Solman7.1 SP 10.

In RFC the message processor is missing,this RFC is created from incident and the status of the RFC is "Confirmed" as well as the incident status is "Proposed solution" and also in that RFC one UC is there with status "Confirmed"

Please guide me why message processor is invisible.

Hi,

RFC does not have the message processor.

Incidents/Service requests have the message processor.

Thanks for always supporting me.

One more help from your side where we can change the action tab option,

Actually In General change  is it possible to re-label the action Reset General Change to "In Process" to Reset General Change to "In Development"

Hi

Yes its possible

Go to SPPFCADM

Check CRM_ORDER and click on actions,  and go to general change action profile

There you can change the description for action that you want.

I need one more help is there possible is anyone from other support team delete the message processor name from the incident.

Hi Abinash

yes if they are authorized and can see the message it is very much possible to delete and assign

further you can check automatic assignment here in the note with below parameter.
