What is the relation between creating business partner for Org unit and defining organizational model in Solution Manager ITSM?

Hi All

I have few questions regarding Support Team Determination.

Before making a support team, there is a step to exectue below capture screen.

After that, to define support, we define organizational Model.

My question is what is the relations between creating business partenr for Org unit and define organizational model?

I don't know exactly why run report 'HRALXSYNC'?

Hi Eunhwa,

please perform the following customizing:

If you have done this, a business partner is autmatically created for any organizational unit you create in the organizational model (transaction PPOMA_CRM).

The business partner is necessary to enter the organizational unit into a ticket, since there only business partners can be added.

The report 'HRALXSYNC' is a repair report to allow you to create the business partners for organizational units if the automatic creation was not active or did not work.
