Hi All,
any body tell me can we create multiple rule in single alert category.When i click on a add rule button in existing category nothing will happen same page will come with existing data.

Adjust Privacy settings of browser. Give "Accept all Cookies".

yep u will be able to do it...before u go4 add rule is the alert category in place?

Hi,
1. First Select Alert Cetegory in the Alert Configuration link in RWB . The List of alert categories will be visible at the bottm. Click on the square at the beginning of each entry.
2. Now, give details like sender serivce, interface ,etc and then click on ADD RULE.
3. Once again click on the Alert Category and then add the details and click on ADD RULE.
