Dear Experts,
after GRC 10 SP21 import we detected following error during testing:
If changing existing Mitigating controls or creating new Mitigating
Controls we are getting error message
'Valid-To' date cannot be extended
when switching from tab "General" to any other tab.
We have applied note 2161627 and have activated BC Set GRPC-FREQUENCY
to have the new frequency dropdown available working but the error "'Valid-To' date
cannot be extended in Mitigating" still appears.
Did anybody experience this issue already? We are only using AC component of GRC.
Regards,
Markus
Dear all,

Hi, Markus. Yes, we are having exactly the same problem after upgrading to GRC 10 SP 21 (from SP 13) so I'm also very interested in how to resolve this issue.
Thank you, Jane Landreth

Hello Markus,
Try to implement the below Note for correction
2017180 - Errors while saving Mitigating Controls
additionally check the below SAP KBA
1723035 - GRC10.0- Valid-From date must be within Control ID valid date range
