Hi ,
We are into SP12,GRC10,there are no changes to roles and role assignments to user ids.
But suddenly the access request option is not available in access management tab.
did anyone face same issue ? what other things that needs to be checked other than role changes and user assignmnets?

As Baithi has said, check the folder GRCACCMGMT and Subfolder Access request creation, for removal of the link

Hi Sandeep,
This is most likely related to role authorizations for the user. Check to see that the user is authorized for the following:
GRAC_REQ - ACTVT 01, 03
GRAC_EMPLY - ACTVT 01, 03
However, the user could also have accidentally right-clicked on the link and chose User Settings --> Hide Link. To restore, right-click anywhere on the page and select User Settings-->Invisible Elements--> and then restore the link that has been hidden.
Let us know if these don't fix the issue and we can think on it.
