Shopping cart revision

Hi,

The shopping cart when rejected shown as sent back to requester's queue in the approver tab, but the requester not able to modify/revise the cart for resubmission. Seems the carts getting struck and incomplete with flow. Pl could you detail the manual steps to push the cart to requestor's queue for revision processing. Thanks.

what are the document status in BBP_PD?

What about the workflow Workitem in SWI1?

Those are the first point to check. Did you do that?

Hi SRM M,

First of call

1.check the WebFlowConnector working fine or not , as this helps the worklist to get updated accordingly.

2.Moreover check user consistency via HRALXSYNC .

3.Then check whether the user is active in backend system or not.

4. check in SWI5 whether that particular SC is in the inbox of the requester or not.

5. also via portal open the SC and check in approval status whether the SC is rejected or not .

These are few basic steps which you should follow and also the above mentioned steps

I'm not entirely sure if this will work for your situation but I think that your best chance of fixing this would be to follow the recommendations of the following KBA:

1864873 - You want to complete a workflow that has failed to start, got stuck, or in error.

Please let us know if this doesn't help you so we can continue looking into this for you.
