SLDDSUSER getting locked frequently and error-connection to SLD doesnt work

Hi ALL,

We are getting below error when select test connection SLDAPICUST and the user is SLDDSUSER.

Error:

An exception has occurred:

System error: Server repository could not create function template for 'SLDJAVA_ACCESSOR_REQUE

Connection to SLD does not work

And also the User ID:SLDDSUSER in Solution Manager getting locked frequently.

Please help.

Hello Karthik,

you need to investigate from which managed system it is locking.

As probably SLDDSUSER is locking via RFC please use following howto:

Users being locked through RFC connections - finding the source of the connection - ABAP Connectivit...

This howto will help you setup tracing and give you advise how to find destination from which is your SLDDSUSER repeatedly lock.
