Hi Harsha,
As your FTP is not picking up the file , you can please try out the following.
1. Kindly check whether you are able to ping your server.
2. Check whether you have correctly entered the name of your source folder in the sender communication channel.
3. Also confirm the name of the file you are trying to send is same as mentioned in the sender channel.
4. Check the user credentils ,i.e. you have entered the correct id and password in the sender communication channel.
5. Please check the permissions of the the source folder i.e. they should be "write / read " with read atleast.
If you are still facing the same problem ,kindly revert.
Kindly reward the points if you find this reply has helped you solve / analyzed your problem.

Vishal

Hi Harsha,
As already suggested, I Guess you should first see if the file is being picked... for that do the following.
While configuring your Sender File Adapter, let the mode be DELETE. This way, we will know if the file is being picked by the File adapter. The file will be deleted and you can be sure that it has been picked up.
In your runtime workbench home, there will be a tab, Component Monitoring, click on it. Select status as all, and click on display. The components will be displayed on ur screen. In that, under Integration Server, there will be a link for Adapter Engine. Click on it. Now, scroll down, and u will see a link to adapter monitoring, there under FILE ADAPTER see the log of the file adapter
and also, you can see the flow of your message in the integration engine in SXMB_MONI.
Also is there any Content Conversion????

Abhy Thomas

Harsha,
Change the processing mode to delete and see whether the file is getting deleted or not.
If not then check the permissions. Also you can change the processing mode to test and check.
Also verify whether the filename and directory you have given correct or not. It should be the same as the file like if it having in capital letters you have to specify the filename in capital letters only. Otherwise it will not read.

hi harsha...same issue i was facing ...
is your file system FTP server?
if yes then try following steps:0
1) try placing ur file on some other FTP server..
2) also reduce the "poll interval"(processing paramaters) to say about 15-20 seconds...
hope it helps..
