UNV TO UNX conversion Webi report performance issue

Hello Experts,

We recently migrated one of our universe from UNV to UNX and mapped all underlying webi reports to UNX.

Later when we run Webi reports, the report refresh taking long time and it hangs and it won't result any o/p ,we need to force stop the browser.

Same reports are able to refresh fine on UNV.

Does anyone have surfaced similar issue before?

Let us know your suggestions or any prerequisites to be followed before migrating to UNX.

P.S:Underlying db is IBM Netezza

Reddy,

   This may related to the Netezza driver version &/or type.   Things to test:

• Make sure you are using the correct Netezza native driver, not JDBC
• Try creating a NEW simple UNX to make sure you are NOT having Netezza driver issues

Thanks for your response.

It's a ODBC connection and we tested everything seems to be working fine.

FYI...Also there are other universes(UNX) which we created using same connection and we didn't surface any issues.
