Locked users are not getting Auto Unlocked with new role access request

Hi Experts,


In GRC 10.1, when we open a new role access request to locked user and he should get unlocked.


Our requirement is that when we assignee any role to locked user, that id should be auto unlocked automatically,

Can you help me what configuration change should make this work?

Hi Narender,

There is no option in GRC for two different activities with one request type like unlock and role assignment.

Role assignment for existing user is different path and unlock user is different path.

Dear Narender,

did you assign the system to the access request? Unlock requires a system for the action. Another issue might be if you use CUA - global lock cannot be unlock in a satellite system.
