Hi,
When creating a change user request in GRC 10 not all the User Details are available in the request to IDM ?
Any idea please?

Could you check if you have all user details in your request. you can verify the same from 'User details data source' and check the source.
Also, you can test the service GRAC_REQUEST_DETAILS_WS, on whether it is giving correct results
