difference between T-Code PPOCA and PPOMA_CRM in Solman ITSM

Hi All

I have few questions regarding CRM Organizational Model.

To make a support team in solmn ITSM or ChaRM, Usually we use t-code 'ppoma_crm'.

However, there is a also t-code 'PPOCA' in Solman.

What is the difference between t-code 'PPOCA' and 'PPOCA_CRM'?

What is it?

Hi Eunhwa

PPOCA is the tx. through which you can create/edit the attributes of an Org. Model. For instance you want to edit the attribute currency in certain Org. Model you can do it using PPOCA.

PPOMA_CRM for changing the existing attributes  first one is only displaying 2nd one for change mode of general attributes like ZIp code, Country code, etc...

In addition to Venkat.

PPOCE - is for creating Root organization (you cannot do this via PPOMA_CRM)

PPOMA_CRM - is for populating of Root organization with child org. units/groups/peoples.
