Hello All,
I am working on GRC AC 10.1 with SP Level 8.
We have got the E-mail notifications customized for one of my clients as per their requirements.
All the notifications are working as required except the Reminder E-mails.
The body of Reminder E-mails being sent to one of the users is like below :
Such faulty Reminder E-mail is being sent to only One User in GRC Production. Such reminder e-mails are not being sent in GRC Dev and GRC Quality. The user receives such faulty reminder e-mails daily. No other user receives such e-mails.
Correct Reminder E-mail notification :

I am not able to find the reason behind it.
Please suggest.

Hi Rahul,
Seems that job for reminding runing for one open request that was generated incorrect.
I would try:
1) to analyze all open request
2) to find the oldest mail with incorrect content (if it's possible)
3) to analyze the oldest mail and one of the open request
If you find match then cancel the incorrect request.
Hope you catch my idea!
Regards,
Artem

Hello Artem,
thank you for your inputs ..! I will definitely try it.
One of the access request has been put on hold by the respective user and only he has been receiving this incorrect reminder e-mail.
But at the same time he also has been receiving correct reminder e-mail for the same access request.
So i am not sure if that access request is the reason behind it and needs to be cancelled.
Please suggest.

Hi Rahul,
Don't you have permission (I mean business not system) to cancel it?
Or maybe you try to forward the request you suspect to be problem one?
Also you can play with program GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER (you run in the background) to determine the date of the request or to debug it find the corrupted template and req.nomber.

Artem

Hi Rahul,
Please check open ticket waiting for apprpovals and compare with request number in the mail.
Might be this request has been raised very long back at the time of initial configuration and later changed the configuration for reminder mails.
