SAP GTS: Legal Control: Cus. business partner not maintained

Hi Gurus, I tried to transfer Sale order from ECC to GTS.

When ever I am trying to transfer the business partner who ever involved in the sales order the partner is transferred from ECC to GTS.

But if I tried to transfer the document of sales order with same partner I am getting error:

Legal Control: Customs Bus. Partner Required

Can any one help on that.

I already mapped the partner functions and sale order document types to the GTS Standard types.

can you check the transferprotocol with Transaction /SAPSLL/PARTNER_APPL? What did you get?

Hello Krishna,

that's not what I expected. I think that GTS always write a log whether the customer is created or not. So, you can start the program  /SAPSLL/DEBMAS_DISTRIBUTE_R3 (on the ECC side) with one customer and set a break Point by the perform distribution_call_debmas to see what's happens.

Hi Krishna,

To continue Vasu's point;  please use Transaction BP to check if the Business  Partner has really  been  transferred to GTS.  If it has,  then please let us know the error number (click on the technical information for the error message).

Hello Krishna

You need to check the following

Data may not be setup for transfer or

It needs to be extended to proper company code/sales org etc.

Check that partner account group to be extended for the plugin filter in ECC
