[SAPHANA DB] Non Native Applications ODBC Connection

Hello all...

Last days I've been trying to connect non native applications to SAP HANA Database. I saw in anothers forums that I need to install SAP HANA Client but no documentation about how to do it at all. In my case I need to have the ODBC connector available in my OS (Windows 7 x64) for linking my ASP .Net app to HANA DB.

Hi,

The HANA Clients is available in SMP and, as usual, no-brainer to install. Official documentation here:  SAP HANA Client Installation and Update Guide - SAP Library

Also, there's the official documentation on how to establish odbc connection to HANA and didn't took much to find a C# example using ODBC and connecting to HANA.

Please search before asking.
