Hi Soundarya,

In order to monitor third party URL link, you can work with below screens for creating your own data collector and then creating alert and metrics for with that particular data collector using  the link SysMon_Create custom metrics and alerts - Technical Operations - SCN Wiki

Search SAPPING like below under Diagnostic agent(Push)

create a copy in Z namespace

Remove extra parameters and enter your hostname and port here itself

Save the same and now proceed with the link posted above to create custom alert and metric. Make sure to use the newly created data collector for your custom metric
