SCOT : Confirmation Message Receipt

Hello All,

SCOT -> Setting -> Mail Confirmation

When I look the jpg file, I understood, Except DEMISAS.COM.TR, I will receive confirmation  any internet mail .

Unfortunately, it is not working succesfully.

I am wondering, Did you use it ?

Is it succesfully ?

Hi,

Please go through the sap note..

1714114 - SCOT: Exceptions for status request

It has explained lot of things. Also confirmation of receipt will only work if inbound email is setup in your system.

When we check OSS notes and our system  SAP_BASIS package level which is loaded our system.

What's the level of Basis component?

Do you mean the SAP_BASIS version is lover than 700 in your case???

Hello Prithviraj,

SAP_BASIS version is not lover 700, it is Release 700,  level 0027 ...

I mean we have same level .

Hi Tanju,

In that case I think you can still use but with very limited functionality.

As the note says

"The decision to implement the behavior in this way in lower releases was partly due to technical restrictions that no longer exist in the releases that belong to this SAP Note."

At least you can try to implement the note correction instruction.

Let see if guys over SCN have other thoughts on this.
