Hi ,
I am planning to take the SAP Certified Associate Technology Architect - C_SOA_TA_70 exam.
But this exam is not available on https://www.sapindiacertification.com/certification/
please suggest how to proceed?

the mentioned Exam was retired some time, ago. Kindly check https://training.sap.com/certification and check the List of Valid Exams for a successor.
