Is it possible to create new Triggers and Actions?

Automation is a great addition to Hybris Marketing but I would like to be able to create new actions and triggers. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Rafael,

Yes, can trigger an action from the automation tab in a campaign. the necessary customizing has to be done in SPRO for this to work. SPRO --> SAP hybris Marketing --> Campaigns --> Define Campaign Categories and Actions.
