SAP IQ 16 on Oracle Virtual Machine - ZFS pool raw partitions

Have you installed SAP IQ 16 on Oracle Virtual Machine (preferred hosted on T5-X servers) and used raw partitions on ZFS pool for your data files?

I would like to hear your experiences.

Summary of finding:

1. With ZFS restore operations are slower.
2. With ZFS Load operation are over 10% faster.
3. With ZFS, there is no noticeable performance impact on inserts under 300k rows (tested with 200K+ records).
4. With ZFS, performance on insert operations with large number of rows are over 10% slower (tested with 4M+ records).
5. There is no noticeable performance impact on the execution of long store procedures.
6. With ZFS, long queries performance is slower by >10%.
