Restriction on hitting F4

Hi Gurus,

I want to restrict input fields when I hit F4 on D-chain status field, presently when i go for drop down i see around 30 values but i want to restrict them for some 4-5 values for a particular CHANGE REQUEST

i am going in NWBC and hitting change material by selecting a customized change request, for this customised change request i want to restrict D-chain status values, is it possible?

Users can create their own "favorite" list. When you display a list, add the value to your favorite list and the next time you will only see those favorites.
