Dear all,
we have an issue with counting Service Availability.
After SP13 update on SolMan 7.1 we not able to see unplanned outages anymore and it was OK before update.
All configuration performed according with http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm71_sp12/helpdata/en/36/bcc8be763c40039f54dfcd5cf4fff3/content.htm
WMM can reflect planned outages in SAM
Could you please assist us to understand the reason of the issue?
For those who may interesting, the problem has been resolved. The reason why SAM didn't pickup unplanned outages was active Alert Auto-Confirmation setting in Monitoring templates. We've deactivated this option and reconfigured all templates to be able receive correct Alerts. New templates for Service Availability were configured additionally.
