CTS web services for non-ABAP transports

Hello All,

To manage non-ABAP transports, CTS Deploy web service has to be configured.

CTS Deploy web service seems to be a Java Web service responsible for communicating with the deployment tools in non-ABAP systems.

My question is, CTS Deploy web service can be used for Java based transports such as SAP enterprise portal.

Does it support other kinds of transports apart from ABAP and Java based.

Yes, the scenario is called CTS+ so if you look for CTS+ documentation you'll find Enterprise Portal specific information / configuration guides.

You could even connect non-SAP systems by leveraging CTSplug webservices:
