batch switch off during delivery

My client has activated batch at material level.

My client has activated batch at material level. For inbound delivery, batch charecteristics are manually entered and for outbound, automatic batch determination is activated.

we have a seperate plant created now for which we don"t want batches. Is there any exit or way available where i can switch off the batch (only for outbound delivery or for that plant) now?

Are you using any Plant specific Delivery types???

what was the Delivery item category used here--have you checked the Field NO BATCH CHECK in 0VLP..

If you want to restrict batch in Sales order you need to deactivate batch determination for your sales order item category in VOV7--also you can remove the settings between your sales area + sales order type in SPRO>>Log-General>>Batch management>>Batch determination & batch check>>Batch search procedure allocation & Check activation >>Allocate SD search procedure/activate check...

Check all other scenarios before confirming..

Initially you asked restrictions at delivery and now asking at Sales order level--Pl confirm your requirement..
