Hi,
I have created an Alert Category in that I have used my user_id as 'Fixed Recipients'. In SU01, I have added my e-mail ID for my user_id. Still I have added the e-mail id to my user_id in SU01, I am not getting any e-mails about the error message.
If somebody can give me valid suggestion.

Check out the configuration, It might helpfull
1 . SCOT configuration
2. Schedule background job to send alerts as e-mail.(SCOT)
3. Check alert log using SLG1.
