Hello GRC Gurus,

We are on GRC 10.1 SP9,I would like add a company logo to email notification. I looked at the couple of message on the SCN blog and I made changes to MIME object and also I made changes to the GRC Email Notification Templates with the img source link and still no luck.

Can you please let me know if I am missing any config apart from SE80 & SE61 Template Modification.

Thanks

Ramesh

Hi Ramesh

You could also make a reference to an external image with html tags from an image published in an internal web server.

Hi Fernando,

How you would do that?Just curious.

The issue is resolved.I followed the steps provided by Madhu Sai in his earlier posts.(SE80 for Importing MIME and SE61 for new custom template with custom message class)

Thanks

Hi Ramesh,

Try including SE61 in your custom template  <img src="http://www.intra-extranet.com/pub/images/logo67.jpg"> at the end of your notification template.

Image must be public to be correctly displayed in email clients.

Hi Fernando,

That's good to know that we can user our company intranet- extranet images. I think this will eliminate the SE80 step.

Thank you.

Thanks

Hi Ramesh,

It worked for me, and you can edit or replace any time (with proper privileges on web server) image you want to be published in notifications.

Fernando.
