Delete references from customs declaration

Hello,

Initially the proforma contained 2 items and it was transferred to GTS creating a declaration. Later users have removed one item from delivery and created a new proforma with 1 item, it went to the declaration but the old delivery still exists as a reference. Is there any way to remove it and reorganize the declaration  so that it only contains the final item? As a result some data is being removed and users cannot update them again.

Many thanks

Olaf

Hi Olaf,

The user should first "complete" the proforma in Transaction VF02 - that action will cancel the existing Export Declaration (provided the Source Procedure is 'Community Goods').  Then the new proforma will create a new Declaration with the correct item(s).

Hi Dave,

Thank you, it's an important finding. But I am testing the "complete" scenario in proforma and that does nothing in GTS. There is no log in SM58 and nothing in Transfer log for Export /SAPSLL/EXPORT_TLOG. Maybe because this is a case of stock transfer between countries and the price is somehow 0 but that proforma managed to create a customs document. So how possible cancellation does not go through...the last person who knew something about that system left the company months ago, so this is quite a challenge.

Hi Olaf,

That's interesting.  In the ERP system, try setting a break-point in Function Module /SAPSLL/CD_SD0C_R3 just before the API6800_CSD_SYNCHRONIZE call, and see if it gets hit when you save the Proforma after "completing" it.

If it does, then please confirm that your Export Declaration is not using Customs Warehousing, IPR or OPR (which would not allow cancellation).  And, of course, that you haven't already sent the Declaration to the Customs Authority.

Hi Dave,

Thank you as always for the good piece of advise. I will take it from there and see.
