SAP BI Issue Using SAP Lumira Cloud Connection on Ipad

Dear Expert,

         Have a good day, Kindly i need your help in my issue concerning the SAP BI Application when using SAP Lumira Cloud Connection. After Logging the cloud and choose my source system it goes into non end loading screen as follow

I have searched every where but i can't even get any close solution i found nothing on that issue hope you could help me. Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello Marwan,

Could you please send the debug logs from the application settings.

Also if you could send me the Device you are using and IOS version on it.

Thanks for your reply. I use Ipad air 2 with IOS 9.1, please find the Log files attached each one for different trial with different datasource.

The logs suggest Java Script errors, do your documents work fine on Cloud connection in browser?

I thought it was working fine when i tried again now it shows the same error non end loop
