Did not find any actual interface determination for receiver in NWA Log

Hi experts,

My scenario is SOAP to IDOC in 7.4 single stack (ICO).The message is failing in channel monitoring monitoring  with the below error :

SOAP: Call failed: com.sap.aii.adapter.xi.routing.RoutingException: InterfaceDetermination did not yield any actual interface

Please provide your suggestions to resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Gayathri.

I don't think there's anything to do with removing SWCV, SLD settings or XI3.0 compatible.

As Harish suggested, it's most likely to do with ICO configuration - mismatch of interface name or namespace, etc. Most likely there's a mismatch between the payload you are receiving compared with the ICO configuration.

If you are unable to find the mismatch, please provide the payload as well as screenshot of the ICO configurations.

Hi Raghu,

After removing the SWCV I can see the message came into PI, but it got error with data issue.

I have asked source team to resent it. Hope the issue will get resolve.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks,

Gayathri.

Hi Gayathri,

Please check the ICO configuration, the error suggest the problem with interface determination step.

This error might occure when wrong receiver is identified in receiver determination step or Cache is not updated.

Harish

Hi Raghu,

Thanks for the quick Reply.

I have done one more scenario earlier which is of SOAP to IDOC where I have selected SWCV it worked. For this scenario its not working is there any other reason.

Thanks,

Gayathri.

Hello Gayathri,

If its working add the corresponding SWCV in the SLD

and also re-configure once start/stop the channel and check once.

And sometimes it works changing the Service operation to XI 3.0 compatible.
