Customer - Specific Field Grayed Out In OPK1

Hello Experts,

I have activated business functions LOG_PP_SRN_CONF and LOG_EAM_CI_2 to get the customer specific field in OPK1,and explored OPK4N,OPK4 settings for the same but the problem is that i am getting this customer specific field grayed out as i want that it should be 'Always' under customer specific tab in OPK1.

Please help how we can do this field editable.

Please apply SAP Note

1415590 - Not possible to use shift related subscreens

Also check Business function set LOG_PP_SRN_CONF has been activated correctly.

I have done the changes as suggested by you but still i am facing the same problem.

This field is still grayed out.

Did you implement OSS note 1306409 ?

Sub screens are selected in single screen confirmation parameters in OPK0.
