Job Execution History is not displaying history of executed jobs

Hi All,

We are not able to see the Job Execution History is not displaying history of executed jobs in Production. When I click on it it just goes on...

This feature works in DEV.

DS Version: DS 4.2 SP5

OS Version: RHEL 6.7

Repository Database: Oracle 11G R2

From the issues you've posted recently (this one and ), it seems that something went terribly wrong during the upgrade to SP5.

I would recommend to do a fresh reinstallation of your system to get it back into a conistent state again.

Yeah Dirk!!

Upgrade was successful; and all our jobs are working fine, but Batch job status of Management console  and Job Execution History are not working. We have raised a ticket for this issue.

SAP Support Team has asked to clear tomcat logs

1) Stop Tomcat service using tomcatshutdown.sh under /usr/sap/BODS4/sap_bobj

2) Navigate to /usr/sap/BODS4/sap_bobj/tomcat/work/Catalina/localhost
3) Delete the BOE and Dataservices folder(*******Before deleting  take a backup of these folders*****)
4) Restart tomcat using tomcatstartup.sh  under /usr/sap/BODS4/sap_bobj
