Material Master Replication from an external system

Hi Experts,

I'm a newbie in SAP CRM development (2 months) and SAP in general.

Could you please help with this. We've got an external system (not ECC) for which products need to be replicated to sap CRM. Getting the data from the external system is not a problem as we are using web services, however, I'm having trouble knowing which FM(s) to use CRM in order to insert the records from the external system.

Hi Kamogelo,

You can use COM_PRODUCT_MAINTAIN function module to create the products in CRM system considering that you are able to get the data from external (non-SAP) system.
