How to exit the DesignStudio Application over Script (on Errorcase)

Hello

I check on Startup if the data are available, if not I Show an error message and than I like to Exit the application

how does that work?

Hi Beat,

If I were you, what I would do is:

1. on startup: check data, if not available, then pop up a error message (self-made panel with "OK" button)

2. when user clicks the button, execute on click event to jump to another page ,such as corporate portal, by this component

Thank you, good idea for a workaround.

There is also no method to Exit the DesignStudio like  "application.Exit"?

Hi Beat,

You're welcome.

I am quite sure there is no such method in native DS, nor in scn sdk pack as far as I know.

I am not a developer but I guess it's possible via sdk development.
