PP order settlement Issue

Hello Experts,

Issue during settlement of PP order:

Order created on 30th oct-15 and confirmed by 30th October-15

TECO also done on 31st Oct only.

but while checking variance in KKS2 in period 7 (i.e. oct'15) order is not showing any variance

but if I m selecting period 8 i.e. November-15,  its showing variance values.

kindly suggest why this issue is coming

Hello,

When did run variance calculation (T-code: KKS1, KKS2)?

For determination of DLV and TECO status, please review SAP Note 530563.

To fix this the variance calculation can be reversed in period 8 or it has to be executed again in period 7.

To prevent this from happening please ensure proper sequencing of the period end transactions and ensure that the variance calculation can be executed in the current periods only by using the period lock (transaction OKP1).

Hi,

Suppose any order X is confirmed in 31^st October 2015 but TECO has been done in November-2015

But as per business scenario user needs that the TECO date should also come in October-2015

So that during variance calculation (kks2) the order X should also come in period no. 7.

Is it possible? If yes Please suggest.

Hello,

Did you refer the OSS note 530563?

Tte relevant for status TECO is strored in database field AUFK-IDAT2. This is filled, as soon as status TECO is set on the orde. You need to do the TECO in period 7.
