Hi Alberto,

This assignment's are done by a node SPRO under Time Evaluation  "Define Settings for Pair Formation" which drives how the system reacts to circumstances when forming the pairs. Function P2011 will read the IT2011 and DWS for the day the compare with the time event for time data evaluation.

Manual intervention only requires when any data inconsistency is there.
